Lauren Duan is an MD/PhD student at Stanford University. She grew up in Davis, CA and studied Neuroscience at Johns Hopkins University. Her research has spanned the basic cell and molecular biology of neurodegenerative disease and cardiovascular regeneration, development, and therapeutics. She is passionate about teaching and mentorship, and is excited to join pre-health students on their journey applying to medical school.
