Erick Masias (he/him/his) is a first-year MD student at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. He grew up on the Northside of Chicago before moving to Vermont to attend Middlebury College, where he majored in Neuroscience and minored in music. He spent two gap years in a Harvard Medical School research lab at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston before moving back to his beloved hometown for medical school. Outside of medicine, he loves playing music (guitar/piano/singing) with friends, baking bagels with his partner, and playing spikeball with strangers.
