Danielle McTigue is an incoming MD/PhD student at the University of Missouri School of Medicine. She graduated from Saint Louis University in 2023 with a degree in biomedical engineering and a minor in biology. Throughout her undergraduate education, she completed research primarily based on tissue scaffold fabrication for use in bone regeneration. Outside of research, Danielle served as an outpatient cancer center volunteer and a volunteer tutor for K12 students of low-socioeconomic backgrounds throughout her undergraduate education. Beyond these extracurriculars, she loves reading, writing, and finding new recipes to cook.
