Alexis Bailey is an incoming medical student at the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix. She graduated from William Woods University in 2017 with a degree in biology and then completed two years at the National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases working in a lab that studies childhood arthritis. During both her undergraduate and post-baccalaureate years, Alexis was heavily involved in hospice volunteering and it continues to be one of her ultimate passions within medicine. In addition, she loves photography, baking, and horses!
