Taylor Rodriguez is a third-year clinical psychology doctoral student at Rutgers University. She transferred from the clinical psychology Ph.D. program at the University of Southern Mississippi after earning an M.A. to continue work with her research mentor. Before that, she completed a B.S. and M.S. in psychology at Augusta University. Her research interests include traits (e.g., personality, sociodemographic variables) and preferences of clients and therapists as they relate to psychotherapy processes and outcomes. Outside of research, Taylor enjoys finding creative ways to communicate psychological science through the Science Simplified Network which she co-leads with two of her peers. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, hiking, and watching movies.
