Elizabeth is a PhD student working with Dr. Vishnu Murty at Temple University in the Cognition and Neuroscience area of the Psychology department. She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Alfred University in December 2017. Prior to attending graduate school, Elizabeth worked as a Research Assistant at Temple University, studying episodic memory development in early childhood as well as biomarkers that can help inform the development of prevention and treatment interventions for trauma survivors. As a graduate student in the Adaptive Memory Lab, Elizabeth’s graduate work aims to understand the ways in which motivational states influence how episodic memories are organized and transformed over time.
