Originally from Fairfax, VA, Christina is currently a Ph.D. student at the University of Arkansas studying developmental psychology. She earned her B.S. from Christopher Newport University in Newport News, VA where she studied psychology, biology, and Spanish. After receiving her doctorate, Christina wants to work at the intersection of research and education policy and plans to dedicate her efforts to solving equity issues and improving educational outcomes for children in underrepresented communities. In her free time Christina is usually at a thrift store looking for something vintage, painting, or in search of the next great French fry dish.
