Anna Liebelt, MS is a PsyD student at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). She recently obtained her Master of Science degree in Counseling and Clinical Health Psychology from PCOM. Prior to attending PCOM for graduate school, Anna received a bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, and anthropology from Elmira College. She worked as an outpatient therapist for her practicum/internship rotation in a community mental health facility, but her passions lie in integrated healthcare and clinical health psychology. Anna loves the field of psychology and mentoring others to find their path in the ever-growing field. Her research mostly focuses on the benefits of mindfulness techniques and the biopsychosocial relationship, and is passionate to expand her research and clinical work to serve rural mental health populations. Anna is a first-generation graduate and doctoral student. Originally from a rural town in the Adirondacks of Upstate New York, Anna loves the outdoors and a good cup of coffee.
