Enze (Alex) Liu is a 2nd year PhD student in Computer Science at UC San Diego. Though his current research focuses on computer security, his research experience is all over the map, ranging from AI to Geoscience. Before entering the PhD program, he earned his MS from the University of Chicago and BS from Beijing Institute of Technology. He loves enabling people and enjoys talking to folks with different backgrounds. He was born and raised in Wuhan, China, a quiet city with lots of beautiful lakes and parks before covid-19.
