Noura is a third-year Ph.D. candidate in clinical psychology at Washington University in St.Louis working under Dr.Deanna Barch. She is interested in how early childhood poverty and adversity is related to cognitive functioning and risk for psychopathology and examines these topics using fMRI. Noura grew up in Tampa, Florida but is of Egyptian descent. She would love to help any first-gen students on the path to clinical psychology Ph.D. programs.
