Charlotte is a PhD student in the biochemistry and molecular biophysics (BMB) graduate group. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2016 with a B.S. in biology and minors in both chemistry and physics. In addition to her passion for science, Charlotte enjoys photography, solving crosswords, and meeting kittens and puppies in Philadelphia. In 2019, Charlotte was awarded a Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award (NRSA) from the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS).
